No growth, typical proprietary setup, closed door policy, internal politics, no values or policies in place, biased system, uses threatening as a weapon, vengeful and autocratic senior management, no rewards or recognition, blame game everywhere, demeaning employees, fake promises to employees and clients, unrealistic targets, no performance evaluation system, everything is primitive there. It's a suicidal place to work in.
