Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

The institute is a place which is driven by the mission Personality development for Nation building . Hence the development is not limited to the students ,in fact for all the employees. Its open to innovation and allows flexibility for the teachers to experiment and come up with new ideas and pedagogies in teaching and learning.The environment for the teachers is extremely positive .

Dislikes

Like every institute has its limitations even this institute has its own limitations and we cannot say that we dislike some thing but I believe the constraints allows opportunities to be more creative and innovative hence there is growth in every individual.Every person needs to perceive it in a manner which will help them to grow.

The institution provides the required training and development opportunities.The medical insurance facility has tranquilized our life.The current management has initiated many new systems for betterment of employees which is an incredible task.

Dislikes

The work pressure is tremendous ,at times we have to work 9-10 hours a day.
