Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Work culture and the intensity of the seniors to help juniors grow in their career and be able to understand the work and learn and grow and seniors are always ready and available to teach, correct mistakes and willing to resolve juniors query.

Overall work is good and for fresher is better opportunity that he learn and improve skills knowledge. I have 3.5 yrs work at skr & associate and I have learn more and love all of my team staff, senior. Overall knowledge as an accountant like account, balance sheet, pl, gst and tds related work.
