The firm has sea of opportunity to learn many aspects of Finance.

  • Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

You will not see any growth in your career and compensation is very poor. Management skill of top order management is worse even partners have no coordination between themselves. Though work hour is flexible but you have to work 24*7, 16-17 hours a day in pressure months, even after doing that they will not grant you a leave when needed. Top level management will not give you the credit for the work you have done instead they will blame you for their mistakes.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. I, unfortunately, shared what I’m making, and let’s just say... it didn’t sit well with the others who have been on the team for years and make less than me.
