...ere was no any corporate culture and whole business had become family centric. 3) They still had not cleared my Last Month Salary and Experience Certificate after my resignation even I had served my Notice Period and handed over my work assigned to me to the person replacing me as per my Appointment Latter and Confirmation Latter.

Average place to work with average benefits with very less growth opportunities.

Dislikes

Even employees serve proper notice period as per offer letter and complete the work before leaving, they do not pay the last month salary at the time of leaving. They on an average takes 3 months to process last month salary .They have very poor HR policies.

A good example of egoistic people. They treat themselves like a king and the employees and trainees like a beggar. I was a poor guy doing internship there. And the people who are earning in crore was using my parents hard earn money for travelling for offical purpose. They loot the TA of even trainees and an employee there in delhi office force us to sign a blank sheet of reimbursement.. And if someone will ask for it then they threaten to not sign their internship letter or give wrong feedback to future employers. I have only one question in my mind and even all other have the same confusion whether the bosses were aware about all these or not ...?????

Wo paise maar liya kartey they bachon ke. Aur phir bechare trainees ko pareshan kar ke apne aap ko bahut mahan samajhtey they . Bahut khush hua kartey they. Sharam aani chahiye aise insaanon ko jo bacho ka paisa hadap jaatey hai.. One day God will see them and that day when they wil Ask to God that why this all hapening with us. Then look back what u have done.

Highly tough work to be done without guidance

They don't give conveyance for any audit client to staff, although they are charging out of pocket expenses(read conveyance of staff) from their clients in their bills. Also, for outstation audits, they don't reimburse taxi bills and hotel bills fully but keep all the bills with them. Can't say where that money goes? No idea what happens ? DA is 100/150 Rs per day as per their policy but still they don't give it, although they get DA form signed by concerned staff without putting details on it
