Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. I have gained in my field knowledge easily.I learned site account and site management.I learned how did execute tha plan diagram and check super structure and finish. I improvement for quantity survey. I learned how did each one person like such as( labour,mastri,mason, architecture,project manager) handled carefully.

The work pressure high for account section. I handled site account section too. So I spent moreover time for account section so I my situation focused are only one account section.less work for site work .maybe I afraid for totaly that company change my poition(site engineer to convert accounter).so didn't like that company.
