Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Having not good experience with S.s. saib construction Pvt. Ltd. As there is not to much to learn new and job is not secure as it can rob salary of any employee at any time . I have also lost Rs. 17000/- in the company and it refused to give me the salary at the time of handover. Not good experience...
