...ny disputes that bapuji hospital administration should understand and solve it. To become a permanent staff one should work for a period of 5 yrs for3k to5k salary. After 5yrs they give 21k salary . And there is no value for designation and qualifications Whole hospital is filled by bucket holders. If one will hold bucket then he will be at higher post. The Holensol hospital is filled with politics. No growth. Contract period is for 5 years under which one should work 3000 rupees per month for 5 years. Overall worst administration. Uneducated fellows rule educated ones.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
