Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The Guy who is holding the HR Head position is giving fake commitment to employees and also deliver nasty behaviour to female employees. He used to hire his own relatives and not giving value / Recognisition to actual talented employee. Require management training for all management staffs to run the company as lots of mismanagement exist there.
