... other consultants in Bhubaneswar specially in Highway and Structure department. Salary on time in 7th of every month. Initially for career upgrad it is a good company.

Dislikes

1. No work culture, you feel like you are slave in this company. 2. No specific HR policy, Leave policy as per industry standard. 3. Only 4 public holidays in entire calendar month, i.e Republic Day, Holi, Independence Day and Diwali. 4. They don't contribute Employer share for PF, it will deducted from your CTC. 5. No Learning opportunity at all, you feel like 'educated labor ' 6. There is 1.5 leave in one month, no leave encashment opportunity.

The management is not that good. There is no professionalism in the office. There is no govt. holiday. All day working except Sunday. Late punching leads to deduction of salary. Only 4 days holiday are there Independence day, Republic day, Diwali and Holi. Rest all days are working.

Most work pressure, and daily site visit to other district. Work culture is very bad. There is no more holidays, bonus. Increament is very less.

Daily traveling to other districts for site work, & most worst thing is salary is not on time 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
