If you fail to submit your assignment on time, the senior manager may cut your travelling/lunch reimbursement. 4. I have to mention my audit manager Mr subhendu das , please don't take other employees conveyance, I left the job on August 2023 but when I say please give me the conveyance which I ended on March , he says you can't give notice period, but my training period is ended on December 2022 , how can I get the notice period, he totally spoiled the company environment

...hat work is limited. 2.) Mr. R.K. Tondon (not a partner) is a great manipulator. At first, he'll make you work like a dog by using sweet words, and then cut your salary without giving any reason for the same. He only understands one language, i.e. "the language of money".

Dislikes

Worst HR policy. Sandwich policy is a draconian kind of policy. Do time pass on every working Saturdays but will not be allowed to leave office. HR is a puppet of partners. They don't trust employees and do micro management regarding resources.

Very good place to work and a lot is taught by seniors which help us to complete CA, Vivek sir is the only partner who teaches is his articles a lot

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
