Auditor guidance and training.

Dislikes

Corporate company client office manager didn't show the Travel vouchers. And they didn't put Notice board Do's and Dont's instructions. Manager talked very vulgarly indirectly in front of me with sign. And they didn't give the separate room for Audit.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
