Timely salary. Not much of overtime work. Most of the times you may be confined to stipulated working hours

Dislikes

No proper career growth. No proper monetary benefits to Sr. level personnel. Salary scales of newbies are much higher irrespective of their job responsibilities and expertise. Join, learn and leave in 3 yrs. Do not get aged here. There are people working here in the same post for more than 20 years and that too with nominal hike in their salary. HR policies are not uniform!

I like here professional and personal life balance as a company employee and that is more important. If you feel secure in professional life, your personal life will get balance, that is more important in your life.

Dislikes

Some availability of lab and production chemicals and solvents and coordination issue with each department which I find difficulty to give better service and get new order from any companies.

Working environment are good .Our senior colleagues have good behavior and very supportive nature.

Dislikes

The material availability are little slow and their is some issue and have long procedure to opening the new stockist. This process should be faster that help to increase the business..

Work environment is good but financial benefits are less compair to other organization and as per my work experience & work consistency.

Dislikes

Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?
