Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

It's a group of very nice companies, employee's salary is always on time, financial health of the company is very sound. CMD sir is very practical human being, He always take care and personally look after the welfare of all company employees. He always eager to providing financial help to employees as and when required in their bad times. Company is also providing loan/advances to their employees on the priority of individuals requirements. Company is observing all government holidays and 2nd and 4th Saturday holidays as holidays for the welfare of their employees.

Office location is in the middle of the meket place. No proper washrooms for females. No process. No policies. It a organization running on certain peoples whims and fancies. worst experience ever.
