Working atmosphere is not good. 2.There is no proper System to work. 3.There is no benifit's for a employee.need to work 12 to 14 hrs but no over time . 4.There is no people have proper knowledge in this field.so we can't learn anything from higher officials. 5.All works are doing in hurryburry process only.no lead time is given for any of the work. 6.overall company need to work with system not by an individuals.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
