Work life balance and job is very safe there, And Leaves and other policies are very good for employee.

Dislikes

Salary hike is very low and Promotion is done only when you are good in upper management. To be level up they can took 4-5 years When your performance is good.

Dislikes

Lots of racism, people sitting in US thinks they are much superior. I am in Data science field and my counterpart who doesn't know about data science things that they knows better than our team in India.

Toxic environment, depends on the team. No promotions, depends on the team. Poor salary hike, depends on the team. Biased Management, depends on the team. Management lacks transparency. Layoffs, no value for employee feedback.
