S&P as an organisation is entirely people centric. Except salary, all other perks, benifits, allowances ranging from well being allowances to the leaves structure are exceptional and above par. Working alongside different teams on the same floor gives a great level of exposure to mix and know more about the happening world. Many teams are still following wfh culture which is indeed the great and the ultimate need of hour.

In the past few months, the company has done excessive cost cutting which has resulted in high no. of individuals leaving the organisation. The team structure is highly dependent on the team leads. So, all appraisal and other improvements are handed by the TLs itself which ultimately leads to partiality and incompetencies. Ahmedabad location is a bit unhealthy for outstation candidates. All the projects and important assignments are assigned only to Gujarati people, ignoring the rest.

Dell curve Appraisal. I don't know why such brand company goes for it. I am achieving my Every goal at 120%. But no no no recognition. My immediate leader says I am best dependable employee in Situation . I got more then 10 best offers but i fall in love with my colleague Friends @ S&P . I will never leave S&P until they send me out why because I have best collegeues and leads.

They believe in Team spirit. But they believe in better performance of one person. They pay 10 lakhs for same productivity and quality just for fraction difference and pay for 4 lakhs for other person. They neglect the Corner stone. I believe if they following same they will go into insolvency.

Dislikes

Pathetic management skill. Least concern about employees growth and carrier. Pathetic work balance in simple word no work balance life. no effort made on L&D. Managers giving more preference to senior rather than skilled candidate .
