Compensation, hike and other benefits like health insurance bear by company for parents as well. HR dept work on zero tolerance and independent body. Work life balance is good. Company will pay for extra work even hourly basis. Corporate parties annually and team outing/parties semi annually as refreshment.

Regional Groupism as localites get 1st preference as compared to ppl came from other location.

...f an early promotion. But then it also depends on your teammates and team lead. There's a salary hike every year. There is job security. If you are not coping as they expected, you'll be assigned to a different department and you will be trained and tested in that department. The chance of growth is very slim. You will have your work life balance if you complete your targets on time. There is a very slim chance of innovation. These are my observations from when I worked there as JRA. Dislikes

Compensation is OK based on how quickly you reach your targets. Where as the growth is almost non existent. There is too much work pressure. Team leaders and managers usually do not identify unique strengths of individual teammates.

Likes

S&P as an organisation is entirely people centric. Except salary, all other perks, benifits, allowances ranging from well being allowances to the leaves structure are exceptional and above par. Working alongside different teams on the same floor gives a great level of exposure to mix and know more about the happening world. Many teams are still following wfh culture which is indeed the great and the ultimate need of hour.

Dislikes

In the past few months, the company has done excessive cost cutting which has resulted in high no. of individuals leaving the organisation. The team structure is highly dependent on the team leads. So, all appraisal and other improvements are handed by the TLs itself which ultimately leads to partiality and incompetencies. Ahmedabad location is a bit unhealthy for outstation candidates. All the projects and important assignments are assigned only to Gujarati people, ignoring the rest.

Work life balance and job is very safe there, And Leaves and other policies are very good for employee.

Dislikes

Salary hike is very low and Promotion is done only when you are good in upper management. To be level up they can took 4-5 years When your performance is good.

- Recent mass layoffs were concerning and have scared a lot of people - Pay for performance policy has been severely undermined in last two years
