Work life balance, Work load is manageable, Compensation is decent (not too high, not too low)

Layoff news every now and then, big question mark on job security. Promotion are really hard to get after a certain level mainyl due to a flat hierarchy. Brand name is not that great, most of the recruiters don't know S&P.

Work life balance and job is very safe there, And Leaves and other policies are very good for employee.

Dislikes

Salary hike is very low and Promotion is done only when you are good in upper management. To be level up they can took 4-5 years When your performance is good.

It's an awesome company to work with. Cool work life balance with great compensation. Culture wise it's one of the best in delhi ncr. Loved working with these guys.

Learning could be stagnant after sometime .

Overall Company is good if you join other S&P division except market intelligence.

...k on weekends. They are biased during Bonus payout, Promotions and Appraisals. Most of the QAs left S&P Gurgaon due to low pay, weekend work and bad managers.

Poor pay for fresher's and very low hike. Everytime you get to hear the company didn't do well so you cannot get promotion. People on the floor are very biased and there is kind of sexist kind of atmosphere. Very less opportunities for girls in development teams.

Dislikes

Sexist and chauvinistic atmosphere. No respect for woman in the workplace. Less training to upgrade any technical knowledge and whatever is available is only given to few manager's favorite people.
