... by praising someone, then you will grow. real talent would not be appreciated -the work s&p global do having limited scope in the market, don't expect a higher salary package from other employers in the segment, hence s&p global provides best in industry, so ultimately its a trap from where you can't be able to come out

S&P as an organisation is entirely people centric. Except salary, all other perks, benifits, allowances ranging from well being allowances to the leaves structure are exceptional and above par. Working alongside different teams on the same floor gives a great level of exposure to mix and know more about the happening world. Many teams are still following wfh culture which is indeed the great and the ultimate need of hour.

In the past few months, the company has done excessive cost cutting which has resulted in high no. of individuals leaving the organisation. The team structure is highly dependent on the team leads. So, all appraisal and other improvements are handed by the TLs itself which ultimately leads to partiality and incompetencies. Ahmedabad location is a bit unhealthy for outstation candidates. All the projects and important assignments are assigned only to Gujarati people, ignoring the rest.

People first organisation, offers get wellness benefits be it medical or parental benefits. Salary offered is not comparatively low but overall the benefits and culture would bridge the gap. Great learning and management
