S&P as an organisation is entirely people centric. Except salary, all other perks, benifits, allowances ranging from well being allowances to the leaves structure are exceptional and above par. Working alongside different teams on the same floor gives a great level of exposure to mix and know more about the happening world. Many teams are still following wfh culture which is indeed the great and the ultimate need of hour.

Dislikes

In the past few months, the company has done excessive cost cutting which has resulted in high no. of individuals leaving the organisation. The team structure is highly dependent on the team leads. So, all appraisal and other improvements are handed by the TLs itself which ultimately leads to partiality and incompetencies. Ahmedabad location is a bit unhealthy for outstation candidates. All the projects and important assignments are assigned only to Gujarati people, ignoring the rest.

...ghly competitive, based on your performance you can get back to back promotions. There are yearly increment cycles, that offers you increment on your base salary plus bonus. Also, you'll get 2000 $ ESOP's that are equivalent or close to 2 lakhs INR that you can withdraw after one year from the date you get the grant. Generally S&P keep selling its department which it feels like that are not giving much profits and then they sold out to amy company who is giving good amount only and that company keep fires the people,I front of me 65% employee has been fired,so no jib security in that

Work life balance, Work load is manageable, Compensation is decent (not too high, not too low)

Dislikes

Layoff news every now and then, big question mark on job security. Promotion are really hard to get after a certain level mainyl due to a flat hierarchy. Brand name is not that great, most of the recruiters don't know S&P.

Work life balance is excellent, salary & benefits also superb without any CTC they will provide the salary to the employees. Cab facility is free for everyone.

Dislikes

Don't expect much salary hikes, appraisals & promotions.
