There's absolutely nothing that one can like about this Bogus Firm.

Dislikes

... only give you 10000 docs to read and you end up doing that only the whole year. And they won't even give you increment and won't release your bonus. Firm has no substantial work. MKS is a rude man and has no respect for juniors. Even judges in arbitration matters also don't listen to useless arguments made by MKS unless the judge is bought out by MKS. Overall, this firm will spoil your CV. So dont join this place.

...d very positive experiences with most of the head ups like MKS and daizy Chawla. Increased my salary and gave regular bonuses. Definitely recommend it.

The strict punch in times and overtime on weekend but they do pay well.

The workplace is very disciplined. They do help you maintain work life balance as long as your matter is not active. They have very heavy arbitration work and it is well organized.

Dislikes

There is less chance of growth except the seniors everyone is involved in just the documentation which may be justified since its heavy. But this may lead to juniors doing only clerical work. Late arrivals after 9 are not exempted. Makes it difficult for the workforce.

Culture, management, administration, seniors, long working hours, no respect, no promotion, no appraisal, sandwich policy, festival sandwich policy, work on weekends, festivals, holidays, leaves. No job security. No personal life. Strict office log-in but no log-out timing. No Team manager. No training.

Nothing to like except the feeling if it's a spam company and they send spam emails.

No idea what they mean by sending interested in profile through and then mark it aa not shortlisted. Didn't even apply for this job neither interested in this job Or the company. Terrible experience.
