No work culture and no proper salary forget about hikes and everything no salary payment to staff

Climate change by natural farming and PMDS, control the agricultural expenditure and improve the health by kitchen gardens, Organic farming ,work with women SHGS,Women empowerment, Take loans, organic marketing e.t.c

Dislikes

No life security for job person, not coming salary timely

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow

RySS is transforming more number of Farmers from Conventional Farming to Natural Farming which is eco friendly, gives higher in yields as well as incomes to Farmers by practicing NF and reduce in Cost of cultivation.

Dislikes

RySS is unable to give yearly hike to the people working in District and State level offices who are qualified and eligible. No proper Hierarchy level is found Unable to give timely honorarium to cadres

I would like to work with RySS only ne apude of my Lead and EVC sir. With great honour and respect I really owe them a salute in making a great initiative to work in Natural farming department

Dislikes

Salaries and benefits are low. Appraisals seem to be very uncomfortable from very long time.
