...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Reipl is best company for employees, both hord working and smart working job is very simple so I am patient but I am hard working and good communication skill also and I want good position like your job in a reputed company

As a production supervisor I feel like a boss which is shown in MNC only and we can compare with others MNC Good culture, environment

IF you have all rules and knowledge of Production then you survive in this company otherwise superior treated as a operator or labor 😜

Company management is good and work is no hard or all employees are good behaviour just like friends and all senior explorer are good behaviour and language skill is good for all employees

Quality department (Q.A patrol) same employees is not good behaviour and roughly touch to production department employees Overall finely Q.A patrol is not follow for any rules of management and bad activities follow for line
