Though they are small company they have ESI and PF facility.They also provide bonus. Soft skill training is also there. Project exposure is excellent.They execute projects almost for all big companies like Saudi Aramco, Reliance,IOCL etc.

During panedamic year tea from outside was not there.but it is absolutely okay.Filtered water is available.Management is caring.

The work environment at Ryka is positive collaborative , which makes it easy to stay motivated and productive. 5. Here I am getting detailed knowledge with practical experience with wide range of projects in the field of instrumentation engineering.

Very good working environment, Practical engineering training , we learned hook up drawing by actually connecting the fittings. We do vendor visits, inspections and see actual instrumentation while engineering it. In Instrumentation the most complex projects are oil and gas, petro-chemicals- Ryka has 90% projects from various locations from this field.

You can learn core instrumentation about oil and gas projects, from companies like IOCL, Reliance etc. They are often visits for FAT.

There is no respect to timings here. The madam here wants the employees to work from 9:30am to 10:00pm everyday, where the timings are till 6pm only. And moreover you'll not get any extra payment for overtime. Work life balance is not maintained. There is a 3 years bond, which you cannot resign. Poor work culture. You'll not get any facility like pantry or even say water and tea in break, which is so basic in any company. Infrastructure is in poor condition.

Exposure is world class. Excellent Management . Ryka has projects on varied project standards like shell, Inmetro,CSA,IEC and NEC etc. One projects requires heated enclosure being -30 deg.c other project has extreme ambient temp. Like 50 degc.
