Exposure is world class. Excellent Management . Ryka has projects on varied project standards like shell, Inmetro,CSA,IEC and NEC etc. One projects requires heated enclosure being -30 deg.c other project has extreme ambient temp. Like 50 degc.

Though they are small company they have ESI and PF facility.They also provide bonus. Soft skill training is also there. Project exposure is excellent.They execute projects almost for all big companies like Saudi Aramco, Reliance,IOCL etc.

There is no respect to timings here. The madam here wants the employees to work from 9:30am to 10:00pm everyday, where the timings are till 6pm only. And moreover you'll not get any extra payment for overtime. Work life balance is not maintained. There is a 3 years bond, which you cannot resign. Poor work culture. You'll not get anyfacility like pantry or even say water and tea in break, which is so basic in any company. Infrastructure is in poor condition....Read More

Thank you for your valuable feedback. However, there are certain important clarifications we would like to provide. Regarding the infrastructure, since the setup is start-up based started in Nov.2017, we are continuously improving it as we progress. At times, due to strict timelines/ deliverables, we request our employees to stretch a bit to meet client commitments. However, we do offer 4th Saturday off and flexible work timings to respect work-life balance. Also, there is a tremendous opportunity to work on complex projects and get hands-on and expertise in various domains of international standards and the global projects. We do invest significant time and effort in our employees by providing timely feedback on deliverables and making them capable to execute the project. Hence, we insist on 3 years of commitment just to ensure the working relationship is well maintained and projects don't get impacted by an employee leaving the organization in between the running project. Thus maintaining the trust with our clients as well. Another important aspect is the type of projects we undertake and execute are complex in nature and require long term commitments. We do inform all the aspect to employee during interview and appointments.

Very good working environment, Practical engineering training , we learned hook up drawing by actually connecting the fittings. We do vendor visits, inspections and see actual instrumentation while engineering it. In Instrumentation the most complex projects are oil and gas, petro-chemicals- Ryka has 90% projects from various locations from this field.
