Cooperation between HSE staff is good

Dislikes

...o to oman again for next 2 years. They are playing with employees self respect. Salary very low, salary will be deducted always by FINANCE MANAGER Muhammad, CEO Abdu Latif and with HRM Fadhil. No timely flight ticket, no salary hike, no leave salary, no emergency leave, No leave in an year (even 1 day). Workers should work like slave full year.

There is no any Positive things for employees.

Dislikes

...anagement.if they want then they will return otherwise forget about your money. (8) They will not provide leave salary on time. (9) If you going to return in your country after completion of contract, they will cut all expenses which They did on you. even Courses Fee,Visa Fees and They will hold you more than 1month and they will not pay any food allowance to you. (So many points which we can't write here) Just one thing everyone doing work because they have some family problems or Job Problem.

All are bad bad staffs except few

Dislikes

It is the worst company who did not pay the salary to their employees on time (2 to 3 Months salary would hold). No service award (Final Settlement) when employee exit. No vacation pay and no flight ticket prior to annual leave and exit. There would be huge amount of visa deduction when the employees resign before 2 years due to their worst facilities provided to the concern employees such as poor accommodation and bad food. The employees must work more than 14 hours including weekly holiday and public holidays without overtime.
