salary is fair for the experience not for the amount of work

Dislikes

The boss assume himself as god. never listen to anyone's suggestion. After a month of working he will make you realize u r worthless and make ur confidence so low that you will feel worthless about urself. He never praises for anything whatever u do and treat u like slave. The work timing is from 9 to 6 but as soon as its 6 o'clock he will come to ur place and assign some new work or he will stop u for explaining something and takes ur personal 1 to 1 and half hour so assume the leaving timing is 7:30pm. Also if u will continuously leave office at 6. He will give example of some employee that he also used to do that and so he is not working in this company.

Likes

Being a start up there is a lot to learn in the company. Employees are exposed to all sort of works pertaining to their domain and are expected to learn and grow. The rules and regulations are very simple and leaves are always granted.
