Overall staff is very supportive( HR, IT) Salary is satisfactory.

Dislikes

Product Manager is very bad as I have experienced in my project. He micromanages and track each and every minute and no work life balance at all.

Nothing. Managers (indian) have -" I am only right" attitude and if you don't call them sir/ma'am they will get offended Highly unprofessional Mass firings every month No appraisal Lack of projects/ high disrespect Stand up calls lasts for 3 hours daily.

Rws india No salary hike 1.Unprofessional attitude 2.Abusive managers especially the ones who are only in this company for 20 years 3. Threatening tone on call 4. Back bitching especially by higher management 5. They make sure that good candidates gets no exposure and targets atleast one person within team 6. They have sir /ma'am culture 7. Hire non IT people like teachers and then they will make them lead over more technical people 8. Bullying culture by so called project manager who thinks they own you 9. Not capable of working on new tech Please don't join this company

Nothing, the organization is for just for local guys, they are giving priority for the local guys also less salary. Important note freshers don't go there the company is not for freshers.

Company provides good infrastructure.

Dislikes

...iven only on favouritism basis only. Unskilled people have become managers here. Too much pay gap between same designation person. Management don't want to hear employees grievances. They don't do discussion with employees if resigns. Even though access control systems are installed at doors, management takes attendance signature on paper.

... promotions, no cultural events, no rewards. The senior management is very poor. They increase the salary like 2000 per month that too even for Senior person. The entire company needs a restructure on every aspect.
