I was working at rvs college of nursing,sulur for one and half years. It's gives me immense pleasure to give review about my work place. It's almost like a family. It's good place to learn, to grow and to cultivate our knowledge both clinical and teaching ..the staffs over there were so friendly where they all stand in all ups and downs.

Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
