They will do Adjustments for the leave & on time salary. Ashil is the bestest person there he is exactly opposite of his brother Rutul, he is very down to earth and humble.

Dislikes

The Main Owner Rutul is very Arrogant Person because he had ranked in CA, CMA, CFA & CS so he think himself as a celeb and other as beggars and shit. They don't Value their Employees. Improper managements makes your work headache. No Competitiveness No Corporate-Level learning No Motivation as you will not get value for your work your r just a salaried slave if you r working for them. Low-Pay and Low grade training(which is useless).

Employers are not good. They don't pay at time. Make reasons to cut the pay. They don't hire on permanent. Once their work is done they will create reasons to terminate you. They didn't pay to many of their employees. Overall they are cheaters don't join them. They have other firms as well. Rutul shah and ashil shah are the partners I have worked with.
