i just love there salary cycle paper work and out side staff.

i just wanted to say management is good but Manager are horrible they had been work in lodha and there behaviour are on next level hype,pathetic behaviour , attitude,work swing They are just not representing Rustomjee but for sure they down There respects with there co workers

Very good working environment, colleagues and seniors and management is very friendly and understanding, got learn a lot working things on computer, basics of subject ,way of teaching and interacting with kids and their parents.

Dislikes

I disliked the growth in salary the only one thing that I din like.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
