a senior quality lead

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

As per my experience earlier it was a place were I got the opportunity to grow and learn professionally after the herircy changed and Stina got country head .It got horrible I got fired without any notice and valid reason.I was forced and asked to leave .After serving 5 Years in Rusta if a employee who was loyal ,honest and dedicated towards the firm got kicked out just because of politics. No empathy no humanity.Sorry but very very disappointed 😞😞

If the head of the company is biased and taking decision as per her choice not professionally how can a person feel satisfied and survive.Too much politics no respect for hard work and honesty No appreciation .If you ask for cretaria of checking professional growth then no answer.
