Dislikes

Everything about the experience has been negative. Starting from recruitment to onboarding & even worse beyond that, the entire process has been unbearable. Russell Tobin & Pride Global essentially the same, subject you to constant pressure through work, comments, poor communication and daily job threats. There is no learning opportunity, no proper process, a lack of knowledge, trust & transparency, no stability, inadequate tools, & absolutely no future to look forward to.

I am exposed to new challenges regularly, which helps me develop both professionally and personally.I enjoy the collaborative environment in my workplace.

Dislikes

Company was good. but there is no job security for the employees. if the market is down they are throwing employees like a ball.

Some of the leadership was managing the teams are had the great ambitious to conquer the Market

Some of the Leaders they already have selected their next junior based on the relation how they give respect to them not based on their WORK

Perfect Combination of Professional work culture and work life balance. Indian and US leadership is truly empathetic and professional towards team. Some great gesture of work like singing song on 1st week of joining on floor, Every Monday Morning Owner Leo and Tim interaction with whole team.
