Established processes for everything as you would expect from a British MNC and that helps every employee settle very quickly and enables them to perform best in their roles. Knowledge sharing across the group is fantastic and the systems in place for that are second to none. The company constantly invests in employee training and skill development including sending the people to UK plant. Employee policies & leave policies are quite friendly and no discrimination is done between global policies and India policies. Marketing and product positioning of the group is fantastic with UK team driving it for the whole group. The company has made lot of investments in India and is committed to growing here with an own plant at Vadodara and offices in Bangalore and Delhi.

Dislikes

No organisation is perfect, but the important thing is whatever is not perfect the organisation culture is such that the employees are able to raise it so that if those concerns are valid then they are addressed by the company, in India and by the UK HO as well. The culture is such that there are multiple checks and balances within the organisation and multi level hierarchies to ensure that customer concerns or employee concerns are addressed to the top management also as I have personally experienced in the last 7 years.
