Dislikes

Management is toxic, forces to work over time but no compensation is provided, disgusting infrastructure, toilets and no water drinking facility, no basic facility. No proper training, forced target everyday and no understanding and empathy but managers.

You will do your assigned work and complete the allocated task. But still they expect more. What they expect? Job no security... It's all decisions of 1 ________. They don't know the process they strict to their process.no KRA but you don't follow ur KRA . Thank God I relieved. My pressure is in control. Daily going to that company is a risk factor.i have a fear that what will they ask. Suck totally waste. The lady is the boss and she is the decision maker. But she is pathetic rude no words to describe about her.
