The permanent people are just taking advantage of the system. They play games, sleeps watch serials and yet remain "Aankhon ka taara" for the management. Beware of some people from sales who sits in HO. HR is just for name sake - no backbone. All are chamchaas. The salary appraisals are peanuts. There is one female who is the driving force of all politics in the sales department. She is a huge name in Rusan. If you are joining there please be careful from her. She can dislike anyone for any silly reason. Eg. "I don't like that person because he smiles a lot" And then she starts her own politics by instigating others and she can destroy his/her reputation completely. It is better to avoid this company for your own mental peace.

company culture is very bad.salery not getting on time no annual incriment no skill development. All the higher manger not listening ground level problem.only poltics happened.many manger doing ther own business so they are not interested in improving sales also not helping filed employees to rise slaes

Woking environment is very good upar management & office person are very supportive like current marketing head mr. Rajesh Pandey sir very supportive, products are very good and unique.

Activity part are week like doctors meet, products are not available comfortably and some middle management are doing politics for his personal benefits , products shortage problem .
