There is an opportunity to deal directly with customers and build good relationships. The management looks to promote internally and give onsite opportunities where possible which is a great learning experience.

Dislikes

People are helpful and they go above and beyond their job to help out the other teams when we approach them with queries and issues. It would be better to formalize this and set aside a specific time for development/QA/product team to assist other teams on queries so that they don't feel like their work is being hampered.
