I loved the office open culture, the environment and the openness they show towards a fresher. Because as a fresher you need extra support and resources from the team or company's side. I'm quite satisfied with Rupyz's onboarding process, their training methods and humble managers to teach you.

Dislikes

Scope of improvement is always there, so I'd mention that they can improve on the segregation of job roles and responsibilities, as it matters when the company is growing at a good pace.

The team fosters an environment of support and understanding, ensuring a cohesive and collaborative workspace.

Being a small team, sometimes extra efforts are required, which ultimately helps us learn some new concepts/tech, etc.

It's been 6 months ,I'm working with Rupyz . I had great experience till now , supportive team , managers and leaders are approachable , providing guidance and mentorship to help employees.
