Too much politics during appraisal, very low percentage of appraisal, apart from salary nothing is available for employees

... the resigned the company has not paid Full and final amount even after 45 days. There is no support of Human resources, if you have any problem with salary and petrol allowance. This coming here employee to make salve only . Never work in this shit company. They hold salary and your petrol expenses for no reason. At the time of interview they told me you will get 20000 + petrol however I have not received petrol amount for last three months.

City head rules I am working in 2 yrs but 1st Yr give the increment and 2nd Yr no give by any increment and I join to left Date no any Deviation, 0 spurious cases, 0 recovery and complete loan in TAT only TO loan cross by TAT in lander issue.. One day My CH is send the text in Group come to Office and told I give you PIP next 20 day's then Remove the company and most off of Staff give the Resignation in Mumbai city like CH Attitude how to possible without any increment and 0 Deviation, spurious, recovery do the work without any Increment..

Overall everything are average. Salary ans medical all are the good benefits even salary came on time whatever the situation is going on.

If you wants promotions only your work not define here you need to close with management then only you can get opportunity to grow up.

Three times layoff in last 11 month. Less pay and less hikes in appraisal Tough to get promoted Bad leadership No testing team developer has lot of things to do other than development. Last layoff they fired all testing teams and product team and expect developer to handle both along with development
