1) Flexibility with the timings is the best part to maintain your work - life balance unlike other companies where you are bound to reach at a specific timing. 2) Have been working over here from last 2+ years and I love every aspect of my team. Supportive HOD and team members, No criticism about other departments. 3) Being a Recruiter for the company I get to interact with all the departments where some are welcoming & some are not but that's how things are not all fingers are same. 4) Overall good company to work with & grow in aspect of learning new things and getting opportunity to handle senior roles.

Dislikes

1) The only dislike about here is departments not taking accountability of their work and trying to blame shift on other department for most of the work that comes under their KRA. 2) Some departments lag young talents & would not give opportunity to hire ones bcoz of their criticizing mindset. 3) Higher management should take more consideration of the hard work of the junior staff that are actually doing ground work.

Likes

Brand name itself is enough to attract premium clients. Company's marketing team is strategically skilled and have generated many high-profile leads. I am part of team and have myself closed deals worth crores, and rewards I received were just awesome. That's a motivating part for me that keeps me proactive with my responsibility.

Dislikes

Like everywhere pressure to meet sales targets is high.

Employees work in a collaborative space, especially IT department. I have has opportunity to implement have had opportunity implement have had opportunity to implement security measures, CMR systems and cloud infrastructure for real estate operations. I am glad that company is slowly adopting new technologies.

Dislikes

Systems need upgrades is what I feel.
