1) Flexibility with the timings is the best part to maintain your work - life balance unlike other companies where you are bound to reach at a specific timing. 2) Have been working over here from last 2+ years and I love every aspect of my team. Supportive HOD and team members, No criticism about other departments. 3) Being a Recruiter for the company I get to interact with all the departments where some are welcoming & some are not but that's how things are not all fingers are same. 4) Overall good company to work with & grow in aspect of learning new things and getting opportunity to handle senior roles.

Dislikes

1) The only dislike about here is departments not taking accountability of their work and trying to blame shift on other department for most of the work that comes under their KRA. 2) Some departments lag young talents & would not give opportunity to hire ones bcoz of their criticizing mindset. 3) Higher management should take more consideration of the hard work of the junior staff that are actually doing ground work.

Management encourages self-improvement through research and learning. Regular meetings and updates keep everyone informed about ongoing projects

Though there is good exposure to various projects, there are limited opportunities for structured training

Employees are encouraged to be creative and innovative Work-life balance is good which is important to me There is a healthy mix of challenging and growth-oriented projects Management shares clear information about company goals

You can say it is one of the most approachable management I have worked with. You can have a candid discussion with the MD sir as well and the best part is they listen they take inputs you will feel as if it's your own company best place to work learn and grow
