A work place where you can all types of works which are necessary or basic requirement for Article assistant for future growth both academically and practically. The teammates with whom i have worked is best and i am thankful to everyone who helped me during the work.

Dislikes

Work life balance will effect,but it is common in all CA Firms because the work of CA is required for all the persons who are having business and due to lot of compliance for clients.

Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
