...to respond when follow up taken for FNF. Lack of information regarding your FNF. Business with employees salary. Will pay you on your basic salary...and will recover on your Gross salary. Component like Diwali bonus will also be considered under recovery.

Salary on time. Company owner are invative.

Dislikes

1. Higher management mostly seating idle & at last moment blaming to Jr. Staff. 2. Planning department work are not productive due to sr. Management. 3. Company are not system driven. 4. Contracts department & design department are too much arugants & having lots of coordination issue.

Salary is on time and the company has variety of Projects for great learning.

Dislikes

All Saturdays are not off. Centralized decision making system. All the decision are taken by the owner. HR policies are not that great. The company has no paternal leave policy. The costing and Budgeting HOD not that geat.

The HOD for legal was nice , the HOD of other departments are cooperative. Salary on time. Flexible timing can worked out with individual HOD . Naredco member hence market reputation is very good

Still evolving to MNC culture HOD does not have enough power to take decision without management approval Delay in payment of outsource services HR policies not good Per Km reimbursement for self car travel is 8 rupee per kms only

Projects head always appreciate and support the junior staff and always encourage for Take initiative and do the best. Senior staff members are the best part.

Dislikes

Salary correction/Increment not every year. If company consider these point and correct then these company is best for work.
