...IST to 12:30 PM IST.In which everyone has to stay despite the subject discussed. For example FE Lead subject will be discussing but someone from Sales has to stay because Boss 'Pay us salary'. There is No actual holidays in this company, Strategically every new release will be planned around a holiday or on holiday exactly. There is no comp off even if we work on holidays, there is no internet reimbursements, no healthcare, no pf, no work life balance anything at all. New manager who joined few months back conveniently asks everyone to his work like SC Story creation, FI, Goal setting everything and not working at all. And no meetings are done in a professional manner, there is 90% chance that you can hear words like plucking, hair, shut up in Tamil in these meetings. I strongly recommend anyone to not join this company at any cost. And the icing on the cake is these things doesn't happen to US employees, These unprofessionalism is limited to Indian employees only.

Hate working with this company

Dislikes

Worst company to work with. Please don't join. Expect to work 7 days a week. Don't know what they are doing. Day goes with only meeting and have to stay for long hours at night also.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
