The compnay only motive is to create profits, they will not solve any problem either it may causes your death.

Good work environment and culture .company policy are good. appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent address our issues. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resin. On the job training is not goin to New joinees.
