They are a type of semi govt. company. Dont expect much just draw your salary.

No working culture in this company…even though they are working on SAP but still reply on paper works mostly. No medical insurance gor employees.

The company is open to innovation and adopts latest technology. I love my project team.whom always support me each and every situation during project.overall experience is good.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high.Someti.es ,I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend vendor call in the evening and sometimes late into night.I always facing challenging job time to time like project works with others Maintenance job.

The Company is growing so there is enough scope of learning. Work culture is good. Payment and disbursement of salary is on time.

Allocation of work is unsystematic which leads to minimum utilization of work with maximum resources. Still behind to adopt proper corporate work culture.

Rungta mines is the best for freshers workers. Wokers are easily learning work and skill development.

...afety for workers like shoes, helmate, hand glove, eye protecter, mask ,jacket . The helper workers are not satisfied of him salary.

Company is very good . Here we can prove our selves as designation. Good facility. Medical,bonus,increment, promotion. But some managing staff are not well. They could not doing right thing's.

Dislikes

Decision for employees. If an employees doing anything mistake..then managing system do not give any achance . They forced employees to doing resign . Not suspend, no warning. This is actually very bad thing's for a employees. So I think this rule should be changed.
