There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent address our issues. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resin. On the job training is not goin to New joinees.
Allocation of work is unsystematic which leads to minimum utilization of work with maximum resources. Still behind to adopt proper corporate work culture.
Company is very good . Here we can prove our selves as designation. Good facility. Medical,bonus,increment, promotion. But some managing staff are not well. They could not doing right thing's.
Decision for employees. If an employees doing anything mistake..then managing system do not give any achance . They forced employees to doing resign . Not suspend, no warning. This is actually very bad thing's for a employees. So I think this rule should be changed.
Like my section seniors knowledge and support me in my unit. My technician and operators are supporting and cooperative.Everybody of my senior colleagues of any section are supportive and clear all my doubts. Safety is the first priority here. Casual and supply labours are also good in nature.thank you
The CTC system of salary, maximum cut-off in in-hand salary. Loan problem in salaried account of bank, no concession in interest rate. High Electricity Bill. Mostly, company payroll employee has to wait for family quarter till 2 years whether there are contractors employee are staying in those family quarter and create disturbance as they are staying as bachelor 4 to 5 person in a room. Management do not ask them to leave those rooms as the company employees are suffering.
