Work culture is bad. People gossip (jayatee & others) & do politics . Nothing is organised they keep giving responsibilities but no increment . You cannot take own decisions, no planning no proper system! No career growth

...d, Nothing is organised tea also not properly served to employees. Toilet dirty. No compensation, no recognition, no benefits. Keep giving responsibilities but no increment.you cannot take decisions no planning or proper system still they will blame . No career growth. No team to work with. Job role something but work is something else. Not even work from home.
