I am not even able to find any positives here.

Dislikes

This company is a total fraud. There is not even a proper hierarchy in this organisation. I had joined this company to enhance my skill in process engineering but I don't think that it was a good idea. It doesn't even comply with the government policy for labours. There is no work life balance. They make rules according to their own need. Dictatorship would be a good term to define the person who is running this office.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
